This policy explains what we collect when you use carnimbus.com and join our waitlist, why we collect it, and your choices. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

• Mobile number — for the launch text and, later, your CarNimbus SMS thread (up to 4 msgs/mo). Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
• Email address (optional) — when you provide it, for receipts.
• Language preference — to show the site in English or Spanish.
• Technical data — IP address and browser user-agent, captured at signup for security and abuse prevention (rate-limiting, bot detection).
• Consent record — that you agreed to this policy and to receive email/SMS updates, with a timestamp.

Why we collect it

To add you to the waitlist, notify you when CarNimbus launches, send occasional product updates, and protect the service from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Email & SMS

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive launch and product messages by email and, where you provide it, SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime — reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us (below).

Where your data lives

Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database and processed on Cloudflare's edge network. We retain waitlist entries until launch and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sharing." To exercise any right, email us.
